ENRICH@TNS aims to create more opportunities for students to develop a passion for sports. The programme will lay a strong foundation for the holistic development of students for a lifelong pursuit to lead a physically active and healthy lifestyle. Learning in a nurturing environment, students have the opportunities to learn and display the 21st Century Competencies (21CC), social emotional competencies and school core values.
Expose Phase focuses on the acquisition of basic skills and fundamental motor skills and concepts during broad-based PE lessons, exposing students to a wide repertoire of sporting experiences. The emphasis at this phase is on building students’ character and interest in sports.
Equip Phase focuses on the acquisition of intermediate motor skills and concepts, honing values from direct experience from the lessons and games in specific sports modules that they play during PE or Sports-related CCAs.
Excel Phase focuses on the development of advanced motor skills and concepts where students embody the desired sportsmanship and core values.
