Parents, who are registering their child for the subsequent phases, are to bring the following documents: (1) Both parents' original NRIC
(2) Child's original Birth Certificate
(3) Child's immunisation certificate
(4) Any other necessary documents It will greatly expediate the registration process if parents can photocopy the above documents in advance.
